All the staff was wonderfully helpful and especially helpful and greeted us warmly. Best possible and top location to attractions like Avenue of Stars, that was a super close walk to the hotel. Furthermore, opposite the beach.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning vista of the harbor. We were also impressed by the luxury and attention to detail in the design of the hotel. The high-quality materials used throughout the hotel really added to the overall experience. Plus, the location was perfect, with easy access to a variety of shops and a beautiful beach just a short walk away.
We encountered some issues during our stay. There were a few minor maintenance problems, like a blocked drain in the bathroom and a malfunctioning sound bar in the living room.

This hotel has so many great things going for it! the value for money is exceptional - you get a lot for what you pay. Secondly, the attention to detail is remarkable, from the decorations for special occasions to the pregnancy pillow provided for expecting mothers. And let's not forget the amazing location right on the harbour, with a breathtaking view of the Hong Kong skyline. Lastly, the breakfast spread is delicious, with a great variety of options including a tasty hash brown.
Everything at this hotel was great and there is nothing significant that needs improvement.
